More specifically, it relates to various methods for improved production of human prolactin antagonists by microorganisms, to improved methods for the recovery and purification of such human prolactin antagonists, and to the use of human prolactin antagonists prepared by these methods for use in the treatment of human diseases, including use in treatment of cancers.
